Customer Service Agent- German speakers
As a Customer Service Agent at AUTO1 Group, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing wirkaufendeinauto.de as a trusted and professional partner in the car selling process. Your role involves providing telephone consultations regarding car sales, scheduling vehicle evaluation appointments, and handling email inquiries. You will guide customers through the entire sales process, ensuring all their questions are answered competently and courteously.
Your key responsibilities include offering expert advice on our services, coordinating and managing appointments for our branches to ensure smooth on-site operations, and meticulously documenting all interactions in our system. Additionally, you will escalate customer concerns to other departments when necessary. Notably, this role does not involve sales or cold calling activities.
We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills who can engage customers effectively, exuding enthusiasm and empathy. Proficiency in German (ideally native level, minimum B2) in both spoken and written forms is essential, and additional language skills are advantageous. Candidates should be comfortable using computers and willing to learn new programs and processes. A team-oriented mindset, structured and independent work approach, and a proactive attitude towards improving our services and processes are highly valued. While prior experience in a call center is beneficial, we also welcome career changers.
