Customer Service Internship
Eurofins is seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management and customer service within a leading international life sciences company. The intern will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include managing long-tail accounts, analyzing customer success metrics, and conducting churn and account reactivation analyses. The intern will also be involved in forecasting and demand planning, monitoring service level metrics, and optimizing administrative processes. Additionally, collaboration on digital marketing plans and fostering the use of local CRM systems are integral parts of the role.
The ideal candidate holds a BA in Pharmacy, Veterinary, Food Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. We seek a dynamic, independent individual eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. Proficiency in CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics and tools such as Tableau is advantageous. An MBA with a strong client focus and high analytical capacity is preferred. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
This internship offers a duration of six months or longer, providing a comprehensive experience in a multinational environment. Interns will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects with exposure to our leadership teams. Those who impress can expect to be offered a full-time position upon completion.
