Customer Service Officer Food Testing
Eurofins is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Food Testing division, serving as the primary liaison between our laboratory and clients. This role is integral to ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the high standards Eurofins is known for in the industry.
Key responsibilities include managing and processing incoming and outgoing emails, preparing accurate and comprehensive quotations in response to client requests, and guiding clients through their customer journey. The officer will also monitor client satisfaction and provide exceptional after-sales service to foster long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and possesses strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. While knowledge of microbiological, biological, and chemical analyses in the food sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Experience in a customer service role is highly valued. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to handle stress, adapt to ad-hoc tasks, and prioritize effectively. A critical mindset and proactive approach are also important for success in this role.
