Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage, a leader in the self-storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and customers receive top-notch service.

As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units to confirm inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls when necessary.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle for travel between work locations are required, with mileage reimbursement provided. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move items up to 35 pounds and spending up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.00.
