Customer Service - Self Storage Manager
Public Storage, the leading provider in the self-storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards and our customers receive exceptional service.
As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting storage units to confirm inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of your own vehicle are required for travel between different work locations and for conducting other work-related business; mileage reimbursement is provided.
This full-time position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
