As a Customer Service Support Agent at AUTO1 Group, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, guiding them through the entire process of selling their vehicles. Operating within our dynamic Customer Service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer journey, from initial inquiry to final sale. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, revolutionizing the industry with our brands wirkaufendeinauto.de, and Autohero.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing all inbound and outbound communications with our French customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing detailed information about our services. You will proactively contact customers who have scheduled appointments to ensure they are well-prepared and informed about the necessary documentation and procedures. Additionally, you will handle any complaints, striving to find the best possible solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and continuously improve the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess native-level proficiency in French, both written and spoken, along with a good command of English. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential, as is a proactive and self-driven attitude. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively on Saturdays are also important qualities for this role.
