Customer Solutions Expert
ClearScore Technology Limited is seeking a Customer Solutions Expert to join their dynamic Solutions Hub team in Manchester. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a leading financial platform dedicated to enhancing users' financial well-being. With the recent acquisition of Aro, ClearScore is entering an exciting growth phase, providing a vibrant and innovative work environment.
As a Customer Solutions Expert, you will engage with a portfolio of fully qualified leads generated through ClearScore's online unsecured lending journey. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating customer applications, offering tailored loan recommendations, and providing expert guidance on unsecured loan options using proprietary technology. Building and nurturing customer relationships by understanding their financial goals and offering personalized solutions is key to this role. Additionally, you will collaborate with the advisory team to support customers through the application process and contribute ideas to enhance the customer journey.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience, preferably within financial services, with familiarity in unsecured loans being advantageous but not essential. A results-oriented attitude focused on achieving customer-centric outcomes, strong organizational skills to manage multiple interactions in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A keen eye for detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work in shifts are also required.
The compensation package includes an on-target earnings (OTE) of £35,000 to £40,000, comprising a basic salary of up to £28,000 plus bonuses.
