Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Success Associate at Figure, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the application process and addressing inquiries via phone, chat, and email. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless customer experience and fostering trust in Figure's innovative financial products.

Key responsibilities include assisting customers in navigating the application process, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency. You will also conduct video notary sessions, provide technical support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes by identifying trends and sharing insights.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to explain complex information clearly. Adaptability, attention to detail, and proficiency in navigating multiple technology platforms are essential. A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred but not required.

Compensation for this position includes an hourly wage of $22, with the potential to earn up to $25 per hour within the first six months based on performance. Additionally, there is a monthly bonus opportunity ranging from $0 to $1,300.
