As a Customer Success Associate at Figure, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers navigating significant financial decisions. Operating across phone, chat, and email channels, you will guide customers through the application process, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience with our products and services.

Your daily responsibilities will include assisting customers in understanding and applying for our financial products, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear explanations of complex financial concepts. Additionally, you will conduct video notary sessions, adhere to compliance procedures, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience by identifying and sharing improvement opportunities.

We seek candidates with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain intricate information clearly. Comfort in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, proficiency with technology platforms, and the capability to complete compliance training and obtain e-notary licensing are essential.

Compensation for this role includes a total annual package of up to $71,000, encompassing shift differentials and monthly bonuses.
