The Lending Quality Assurance Analyst at Figure plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of the company's lending products, including Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) and Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans. As part of the Quality Assurance team, this position is integral to maintaining Figure's commitment to delivering a best-in-class product and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive Quality Assurance reviews on Figure's lending products, analyzing monthly QA/QC reports, and identifying trends within QA/QC software and tools. The analyst will recommend underwriting and change-management enhancements based on audit results and industry or investor product changes. Additionally, the role involves underwriting loan files for income calculations, assets, credit, and collateral, ensuring all loans meet agency and investor eligibility criteria. The analyst will also review pre-closing loan documents to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and work closely with Lending Operations to address trending defects and remediation.

Candidates should possess over five years of experience in quality assurance, post-closing, lending operations, or related fields, with underwriting experience considered a plus. A Bachelor's Degree is required. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a high-production, timeline-sensitive environment with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, as well as QA testing software, is essential.

The position offers a base compensation range of $72,160 to $108,240 per year, with a 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly. Employees are also granted company equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
