As a Customer Success Associate at Figure, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the application process and addressing inquiries via phone, chat, and email. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless customer experience and fostering trust in Figure's financial products.

Key responsibilities include assisting customers in navigating the application process, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear explanations of complex financial concepts. You will also conduct video notary sessions with professionalism and contribute to process improvements by identifying trends and sharing insights.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to explain complex information clearly. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and proficiency in learning new systems are essential. Additionally, the ability to complete required compliance training and obtain e-notary licensing is required.

Compensation for this role includes an hourly wage of $22, with the potential to earn up to $71,000 annually after the probationary period, including shift differentials and monthly bonuses.
