Customer Success Consultant, French Speaker - Bucharest based

As a dynamic tech company, we revolutionize the used car market with our well-known brands Autohero, vendezvotrevoiture.fr, and operating in over 30 European countries. Our customer service team is the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded and satisfaction remains outstanding.
In this role, you will engage with customers who have declined our offers, understanding their concerns, addressing objections, and working to win them back. You will guide customers through the process, successfully scheduling final evaluations at one of our 70 branches in France. Your efforts will drive sales by converting interest into action, maintaining trust, and turning leads into loyal customers.
The ideal candidate will have fluent written and spoken French, with intermediate English skills. You should possess excellent communication abilities, being friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Adaptability is key, thriving in repetitive environments with a methodical approach. A background in telesales, customer service with product placement, collections, or outbound calls is required. A genuine interest in the automotive industry will be considered a plus.
