Customer Success Consultant, Spanish Speaker - Bucharest based

AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform, is seeking a Customer Success Consultant fluent in Spanish to join our Bucharest-based team. As part of our dynamic customer service department, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our operations across Spain. Our mission is to revolutionize the used car market by providing seamless solutions for buying and selling vehicles.

In this role, you will engage directly with customers who have declined initial offers, aiming to understand their concerns, address objections, and successfully convert them into satisfied clients. You will guide customers through the entire process, coordinating appointments for final evaluations at our 60 branches in Spain. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess fluent written and spoken Spanish, with intermediate English skills. A background in telesales, customer service with product placement, or collections involving outbound calls is essential. Strong communication skills, adaptability to repetitive tasks, and a methodical approach are crucial. A genuine interest in the automotive industry will be considered a plus.
