The Customer Success Coordinator at Coalition, Inc. plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our broker partners and policyholders. As part of the Customer Success team, you will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to rapid response times and high-quality support, contributing directly to the company's mission of solving cyber risk.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include managing and responding to service requests via email, live chat, and telephone. You will assist brokers with various inquiries, such as issuing additional quote options, reviving expired quotes, answering coverage questions, and processing endorsements. Your ability to provide immediate assistance and ensure brokers receive the information they need promptly is essential to our service model.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle a high volume of interactions efficiently. Experience in customer service, particularly within the insurance or technology sectors, is highly desirable. Proficiency in managing multiple communication channels and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving are key attributes for success in this position.
