Cato Networks is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join their Professional Services team. This role focuses on guiding strategic customers through the lifecycle of their Cato SASE implementation, ensuring optimal performance and value realization. The position is based in Antwerp, Belgium.

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining expert-level proficiency in implementing Cato products, developing strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, and assisting with the configuration and deployment of Cato SASE services. You will also provide ongoing guidance on product updates, coordinate enablement of new features, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in a multi-vendor IT infrastructure environment, with hands-on expertise in network routing and switching. Experience in areas such as firewalls, secure web gateways, identity management, and intrusion prevention systems is also required. A minimum of three years in a customer-facing role within a high-tech software or technology vendor is essential. Knowledge of deploying IT infrastructure services securely and experience with major public cloud service providers are advantageous.
