Customer Success Manager (Court Reporting Experience Required)
Prevail Legal is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of law firm clients. This role involves ensuring clients receive exceptional service from onboarding through every session. The position is fully remote and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities include managing client relationships by leading onboarding processes, conducting regular business reviews, and acting as a trusted advisor to align Prevail's capabilities with clients' litigation support needs. The role also involves coordinating deposition session logistics, monitoring session delivery in real time, and overseeing post-session processes such as transcript delivery and quality review. Additionally, the Customer Success Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences and advocate for product and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in legal, court reporting, or litigation support. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment, and experience working with cross-functional teams are essential. Familiarity with legal technology platforms and litigation support workflows is preferred.
