The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in enterprise customer success, account management, or similar roles with measurable business outcomes. Proven success in managing enterprise relationships with senior stakeholders, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizations are essential. Excellent communication skills, comfort with learning new technologies, and a proactive approach to creating structure in ambiguous situations are also required.
