Customer Success Manager
Fieldwire, a subsidiary of the Hilti Group, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Austria. This remote role focuses on managing client accounts, providing training, and ensuring the effective integration of Fieldwire's construction management software into clients' workflows. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about enhancing the construction industry through technology.
In this position, the Customer Success Manager will become a Fieldwire product expert, understanding best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform. They will assess clients' construction needs and existing technology stacks to seamlessly integrate Fieldwire into daily operations. Managing a portfolio of both new and existing customers, the manager will aim to improve their usage and processes, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities also include conducting web-based and in-person training sessions, assisting the product team by identifying issues and communicating customer feedback, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of professional construction experience, preferably with a combination of field and office management roles, and local construction experience in Germany. Fluency in both German and English is required, with the role based in Austria. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, along with self-motivation, excellent organizational abilities, and strong time management skills. The ability to diplomatically and patiently address customer issues, comfort in communicating with individuals at all organizational levels, and a basic understanding of the construction process from design to completion are also important. Candidates should be adept at creatively brainstorming unique solutions to client issues and eager to learn in a dynamic startup environment.
This is a remote role based in Austria, with up to 20% travel required within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for team meetings.
