Head of Information Security and GRC
Fieldwire, a leading provider of construction software solutions, is seeking a Head of Information Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join their team in Schaan, Liechtenstein. This pivotal role involves defining and implementing the company's security program, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and leading the security team and Product Business Information Security Officers (BISOs). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with in-depth knowledge of security protocols, technologies, and standards.
In this role, the Head of Information Security and GRC will develop and execute Fieldwire's construction software security program, oversee the security team and Product BISOs, and act as the Product BISO for On!Track. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing product security risks, implementing security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with other executives to integrate security measures into business processes. The position also involves reporting to management on security incidents, working closely with other Information Security Officers within Fieldwire, shaping the development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), analyzing regulatory and legal developments, and managing business projects related to information and product security.
Candidates should have a Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field; a PhD is preferred. Several years of experience in a leadership position in software or IT security, along with multiple years in information security roles with decision-making responsibilities, are required. In-depth knowledge of security protocols, technologies, and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST) is essential. Experience in developing and implementing security programs, proficiency in security frameworks, risk management, incident response, and security architecture are necessary. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also important.
