Customer Success Manager, Japan
MarqVision is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. As a leading provider of AI-powered brand protection solutions, we help global brands safeguard their intellectual property across various digital platforms. In this position, you will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and priorities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions. Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Product teams, you will strategize account growth and proactively address any risks to customer success.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the SaaS industry in the Japanese market. Proven expertise in managing customer renewals and expansions is essential. Strong customer-facing skills, including training, coaching, and conflict resolution, are required. Fluency in English and native-level Japanese proficiency are mandatory.
