Sales Development Manager, Korea
MarqVision is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in Korea. This role involves collaborating closely with the Korea and APAC sales leadership to drive the team's strategy and execution, focusing on identifying and engaging potential clients in the fashion, retail, and luxury sectors. The manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales pipeline and expanding our market presence.
Key responsibilities include leading the Korean SDR team, managing team goals and pipeline performance, and providing onboarding, coaching, and feedback to team members. The role also involves analyzing outbound activity metrics, designing and testing outbound strategies tailored to target industries, and collaborating with marketing, account executives, and revenue operations to refine lead qualification and operational processes. Additionally, the manager will oversee pipeline management systems and adapt sales processes to evolving market conditions.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in B2B outbound sales or SDR/BDR roles, with a proven track record in team leadership and performance management. Proficiency in managing top-of-funnel metrics, designing multi-channel outbound strategies, and collaborating across departments is essential. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a dynamic environment, foster team growth, and possess strong Korean communication skills with basic English proficiency for global collaboration.
