Customer Success Manager - Legal
Octus, a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in New York City. Founded in 2013, Octus serves professionals across hedge funds, investment banking, management consulting, and law firms, delivering critical insights into the sub-investment grade market.
In this role, the Customer Success Manager will oversee a portfolio of AmLaw 100 law firms, focusing on enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding clients' business objectives, promoting product usage, building strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs.
Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in financial services or working with law firms is advantageous.
The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, complemented by a performance-based annual bonus.
