Customer Success Manager (New Markets)
About the role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager (New Markets) at DataSnipper, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to large enterprise customers, helping them unlock measurable value with our AI-powered platform. You will partner with your account team to drive outcomes across the full customer journey, from onboarding through renewal and expansion, while staying deeply curious about customer needs and emerging market trends.
This role is especially suited to someone who thrives in complex, ambiguous environments, enjoys uncovering what’s possible, and partners closely with customers to discover and validate product fit and value realization in new markets. You will bring structure to discovery, translate insights into clear success plans, and feed learnings back into our product and go-to-market teams.
