Customer Success Manager (Procurement)
The Customer Success Manager plays a strategic and supportive role within the Procurement Customer Success team at Euna Solutions, reporting to the Manager of Customer Success. This position is pivotal in ensuring that B2B SaaS customers in the public sector achieve their desired outcomes and realize the full value of Euna's procurement solutions. By understanding customers' business needs, the manager develops and implements strategies to help them achieve their goals, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Euna's Procurement SaaS product and its applications in the public sector. The manager will confidently communicate with executives, project managers, business analysts, end users, and other key stakeholders through regular meetings. Building strong relationships, identifying individual and organizational goals, and delivering value at every communication touchpoint are essential. Additionally, the role involves designing and executing customer success plans, conducting regular check-ins to monitor progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer science, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in customer success, implementation, customer support, or a related area. A proven track record in developing and implementing successful customer experience strategies is essential. Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, is required. Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications is also necessary.
