As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Canva, you will serve as a consultative partner to our most valuable real estate customers in North America. You will guide clients through the post-implementation journey, from initial onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion, ensuring they fully leverage Canva's platform to meet their business objectives. This role is integral to our Sales & Success team, which focuses on demonstrating Canva's value to global brands and enterprise customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading the post-sale relationship for strategic accounts, encompassing onboarding, training, adoption, and advocacy. You will work to understand each customer's objectives through relationship building and multithreading, identifying areas for growth within existing accounts through forecasting, and collaborating closely with account teams to drive renewals and expansions. Additionally, you will develop and implement best-in-class processes and playbooks to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of enterprise-level post-sale experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of exceeding renewal and expansion quotas. Experience working with enterprise customers in the real estate industry is essential, along with a strong commercial mindset, consultative approach, and the ability to build trust at all organizational levels. Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions and strategies is also required.
