As a Program Manager within Canva's Service Design & Delivery (SDD) group, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic priorities and business changes into clear, coordinated action plans. This position is based in Makati, Philippines, and operates on a hybrid setup, offering flexibility to collaborate closely with global stakeholders while strengthening local support foundations.

Your primary responsibilities will include driving delivery for both minor and major change programs, such as product launches, pricing updates, and new subscription models. You will translate ambiguous briefs into structured, actionable project plans with clear milestones and ownership, coordinate timelines, track progress, and proactively identify risks and dependencies. Additionally, you will lead support strategy and enablement for key launches and high-impact initiatives, partnering cross-functionally across User Voice, Product, Marketing, Content & Discovery, and Design Experience teams.

The ideal candidate will have direct program or product management experience, preferably within the tech industry. You should be adept at moving projects from chaos to clarity, even when briefs are incomplete or evolving. Strong business and user acumen is essential, with the ability to confidently balance trade-offs between speed, quality, cost, and impact. Excellent collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, clear communication of complex ideas through structured documents or data-driven recommendations, and a proactive, adaptable approach are also key qualifications.
