Customer Success Manager - Restaurants
Wolt is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Restaurant Development team in Ramat Gan, Israel. This one-year fixed-term role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment at the core of Wolt’s business. As a strategic partner for existing restaurant partners, you will act as a growth consultant, using data to help restaurants optimize their operations, improve their menu, and maximize their profitability and sales on the Wolt platform.
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners, combining data insights with strong relationship management to drive business impact. Your responsibilities will include driving and managing the growth of your restaurant portfolio, monitoring and improving operational KPIs for your restaurants, acting as a key knowledge source and trusted advisor for restaurant strategies, spending 1-2 days per week in the field meeting partners and strengthening relationships, actively driving sales growth using Wolt’s promotional and marketing tools, training and onboarding Tier 1/Tier 2 venues, collaborating closely with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams, and using data to lead daily commercial and strategic discussions with partners.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development, strong communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, a sales-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth, analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insights, significant experience or strong familiarity with the restaurant industry, and fluency in Hebrew and English.
