The Customer Success Manager - US Payroll at Workstream serves as the primary post-sale contact for clients, focusing on fostering strong relationships and ensuring the successful adoption of Workstream's all-in-one HR platform. This role is integral to the Customer Success team, contributing to the company's mission of empowering the hourly workforce through innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include onboarding new customers, facilitating smooth implementation of payroll and workforce tools, and serving as a product expert to guide clients on best practices in hiring and payroll management. The role also involves proactively monitoring account health, identifying opportunities for upselling, training, or risk mitigation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation, preferably within a payroll, HRIS, or SaaS company. A strong understanding of US payroll processing, labor law compliance, or benefits administration is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, or UpdateAI are also required.
