Customer Support & Project Coördinator
Eurofins is seeking a Customer Support & Project Coordinator to join our Environment Testing division in Amsterdam and Barneveld. This role serves as a vital link between our clients, account managers, laboratories, and transport services, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Eurofins is a global leader in bio-analytical testing, committed to providing high-quality laboratory research and advisory services.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering optimal service to both national and international clients. Your duties include advising clients on our digital portal, analysis packages, pricing structures, and logistical services. You will handle incoming inquiries, manage complaints within set timeframes, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, perform general administrative tasks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes. Your chemical expertise and analytical thinking will enable you to effectively translate laboratory research capabilities into client solutions.
The ideal candidate holds a technical bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences, analytical chemistry, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with LIMS or similar systems, as well as CRM experience, is advantageous. Strong commercial insight, market awareness, and a commitment to maximizing Eurofins' service positioning are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English are necessary.
