Data Analyst – Revenue & Metrics
LaunchDarkly is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Data & Analytics team in India. This role focuses on building and scaling reliable data models, automating reporting processes, and supporting global analytics delivery. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Senior Data Analyst (Revenue & Metrics), Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business logic into clean, scalable datasets, ensuring consistent implementation and automation of key metrics such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across the organization.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable data models using modern tools like Snowflake and dbt, implementing standardized metrics in the data layer, and ensuring consistency across dashboards and reports. The analyst will work with Data Engineering to automate data pipelines, reduce manual reporting processes, and develop dashboards that provide reliable visibility into business performance. Additionally, the role involves validating data outputs, identifying inconsistencies, supporting reconciliation efforts across systems like Salesforce and billing systems, and partnering with teams across the US and EMEA to deliver high-quality analytics outputs.
The ideal candidate typically has a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering. Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured and large datasets are essential. Proficiency with modern data tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and Looker (or similar) is required, along with experience in building and maintaining data models and dashboards. The candidate should have a strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, the ability to work with global teams across time zones, and clear communication skills.
