Data Analyst Specialist | CX Insights
Wellhub is seeking a Data Analyst Specialist to join our Customer Experience (CX) Insights team in Brazil. This remote position is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging data to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. As a member of the CX Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and key results (OKRs), focusing on resolution time, operational efficiency, and customer perception. You will provide analytical insights through accessible business-oriented data sets and visual dashboards, conduct strategic analyses to optimize performance, and communicate with business stakeholders to propose and implement action plans. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness of CX operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of Wellhub's services and products.
The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing large datasets and synthesizing insights into actionable business recommendations. Proficiency in SQL is essential, along with expertise in building advanced dashboards using tools like Looker ML, Metabase, or PowerBI. A strong understanding of data science techniques, including regression, segmentation, and forecasting, is required. Effective communication skills in English are necessary to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
