Data Analyst (Supply Chain)
The Data Analyst (Supply Chain) at Arista Networks plays a pivotal role within the Service Logistics Organization, ensuring the success of post-sales support offerings such as Warranty, Same Day, and Next Business Day delivery of critical spare parts to customers. This position is integral to managing Arista's global service supply chain, which encompasses a network of service depots, spare parts inventory planning, rapid hardware replacements, reverse logistics of RMA returns, and the repair and reuse of customer-returned inventory.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the accuracy of the Install Base by collaborating with internal teams and utilizing various systems to update customer information. The role requires a thorough understanding of the RMA process to update support entitlements following RMA occurrences, creating Install Base records post-order fulfillment, and updating these records based on customer reports. Additionally, the Data Analyst will work with peers to develop processes across the Service Supply Chain, including RMA Management, Inventory Management, Depot Operations, and Repair Operations, and partner with internal teams to enhance the efficiency, reproducibility, and scalability of reports.
Candidates should possess a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service operations roles. A solid understanding of supply chain concepts, including service renewals, inventory management, and Install Base management, is essential. Experience in the high-tech industry is preferred. The role demands a self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce are advantageous.
