Data Analyst

Tipalti is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Product Analytics team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions for measuring our product, converting real-time data into powerful insights. Tipalti is a rapidly growing fintech company that automates the entire payables operation, enabling finance professionals to lead more effectively.

As a Data Analyst, you will analyze product data to identify trends and actionable insights that drive product development and customer engagement. You will collaborate with product managers to define and optimize key product metrics, develop dashboards for real-time monitoring, conduct A/B testing, and translate complex data into clear reports for stakeholders. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or product analytics, preferably in fintech or a related industry. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is required, along with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
