Data Analytics Engineer intern
As a Data Analytics Engineer Intern at Mirakl, you will join a dynamic 6-person team based in Paris, dedicated to transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive the company's growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that data products deliver tangible value. Your responsibilities will include developing data models and comprehensive documentation to convert raw data into analytics-ready datasets, building and maintaining dashboards to provide reliable access to critical performance indicators, and developing agentic analytical solutions that empower users to independently discover insights and optimize workflows. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of analytics solutions through user training, responsive support, and incident resolution.
The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field and is seeking a 6-month internship starting in September 2026. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and transformation of large datasets, a solid understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques, and experience with forecasting and statistical analysis are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are also required. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Metabase, Superset, or Tableau, as well as programming in Python for analytics and automation, is highly desirable. Fluency in both French and English is necessary.
