Data Engineer

Lighthouse is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data Products team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality and business value of our core data assets, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure our data effectively supports various teams across the company.

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain both streaming and batch data pipelines that power our products and internal analytics. You will become the expert for key data products, understanding their full lifecycle, quality, and business applications. Additionally, you will mentor other engineers, sharing your expertise and contributing to their growth.

The ideal candidate has experience in a data engineering role with a proven track record of building scalable data pipelines. Professional proficiency in Python for data processing and pipeline development is essential, along with strong knowledge of cloud database solutions such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
