Data Integrations Engineer
Riskified is seeking a Data Integrations Engineer to join their team in New York. This role involves collaborating with clients to ensure seamless data integration, enabling Riskified's AI-powered fraud and risk intelligence platform to deliver optimal performance. The company partners with leading e-commerce merchants across various industries, including Acer, Gucci, and GoPro.
In this position, the engineer will be responsible for maintaining and managing the merchant data configuration layer of Riskified's platform, which includes tasks such as automated data tagging, transformation, and filtering. They will perform due diligence on merchant websites, business models, and data flows, generating tailored data templates (JSON, CSV) to guide merchant developers and data teams in building high-quality online (API) and offline (file transfer) integrations. Additionally, the role involves writing queries and scripts using Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, or R to test, validate, and detect data issues in API calls within both sandbox and production environments, as well as transforming and uploading large historical data files to Riskified APIs.
Candidates should have over four years of experience in a data-centric industry role, such as analytics, data engineering, ETL, DBA, or consulting. Proficiency with SQL or NoSQL databases and experience with data wrangling using Python or R are essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience optimizing technical processes, strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience in designing, constructing, and maintaining efficient data pipelines using DBT or Python is advantageous.
The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $139,000 annually.
