Data Management and BI Senior Executive, GOC
The Data Management and BI Senior Executive role at WPP Media involves developing and maintaining reporting infrastructures to provide stakeholders with insights into advertising campaigns. This position is part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities include managing data quality assurance between media platforms and reporting outputs using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Excel. The role also involves identifying and addressing data gaps, building and maintaining automated data QA workflows, updating Tableau dashboards, and setting up automated data feeds through APIs, FTP, or scheduled email reports. Additionally, the executive will troubleshoot data discrepancies and fulfill ad hoc data requests for client deliverables.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, with 1 to 3 years of experience in data management, data visualization, and data analytics, preferably in a marketing or media agency. Proficiency in building dashboards in Tableau, experience with Alteryx for business logic design, and working knowledge of cloud environments like Azure or GCP are required. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are essential.
