Debt Mediation Specialist - Portuguese Speaker

Alpega Group is seeking a Debt Mediation Specialist fluent in Portuguese and Spanish to join our Customer Service Organization (Carriers) team in Barcelona, Spain. As a leading software company with over 35 years in the logistics industry, Alpega offers modular solutions to manage end-to-end transportation processes, promoting sustainability and efficiency.

In this role, you will handle payment mediations among customers, resolving incidents related to overdue and outstanding invoices in accordance with company policies. Your responsibilities include monitoring open mediation cases through regular reports, tracking default customers, and effectively communicating with the mediation supervisor and customer service department regarding these accounts. Additionally, you will oversee notified payment guarantees and strive to meet defined departmental goals and activity metrics.

The ideal candidate possesses previous experience in customer support, particularly in debt mediation or incident management. A native level of Portuguese and an advanced level of Spanish and English are required. We seek a resourceful and highly motivated individual with a strong focus on client satisfaction, excellent teamwork abilities, and high accuracy standards. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is considered a plus.
