The Sales Representative will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our product, focusing on acquiring new customers in the BENELUX market. This role involves constant interaction with potential clients such as freight forwarders and transport companies, utilizing Salesforce daily to track activities and performance metrics. Success in this position is measured by the number of new customers acquired, monthly revenue generated, and daily call targets. In the first year, the expectation is to achieve 95% of the sales target, demonstrating excellent knowledge of the sales process and the platform.

Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, conducting lead generation through incoming and outgoing calls, and maximizing market exposure. The role requires maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure retention and prevent churn, as well as supporting and advising clients to help them develop their business. Collaboration with the team and other departments is essential to follow the sales strategy and share best practices.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or has proven hands-on experience, with at least one year of sales experience involving cold calling, cold emailing, and prospecting. Strong negotiation skills and a keen eagerness to close deals are essential. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are required. Fluency in Dutch and French at a native level is mandatory, along with an advanced level of English. Spanish language skills are valuable but not mandatory.
