Candidates should possess at least 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience across multiple countries or markets. A strong understanding of SEO, including its integration with paid campaigns and commercial objectives, is essential. Experience in managing external agencies and a data-driven approach to decision-making are also required. Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
