Delivery Analyst, Risk & Audit - Americas

Diligent Corporation is seeking a Delivery Analyst to join their Services team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This early-career consulting role focuses on delivering audit, risk, and compliance solutions to clients across the Americas. The Services team is renowned for its expertise in corporate governance, audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory environments, aiming to provide dynamic and reliable outcomes through solution design and delivery.

In this role, the Delivery Analyst will assist in discovery and requirements capture by reviewing client documentation and leading workshops to understand current processes and needs. They will translate these requirements into technical design documents, configure and iterate Diligent One prototypes, deliver enablement training, maintain issue logs, and adhere to standard project methodologies to ensure timely and in-scope delivery.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role, with a strong passion for audit, risk management, and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. An undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Compliance Management, Information Security, or Management Information Systems is preferred. Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools or analytics platforms is advantageous.
