Deployment Engineer
As a Deployment Engineer at Array, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our SaaS products and solutions in a post-sales capacity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our strategic and technical visions are effectively incorporated into client deliveries. This position reports directly to our Senior Deployment Engineer.
In this role, you will lead 8–14 project deployments per quarter, contributing an average of $500K–$1M in deployed annual recurring revenue once fully ramped. You will own the end-to-end implementation processes, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will identify and implement process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation to enhance operational efficiency. Staying current on product updates and providing feedback to the Engineering and Product teams will also be key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in deployment, implementation, or systems engineering within SaaS or enterprise software environments, with a proven ability to manage complex projects. Strong technical acumen is essential, including experience interfacing with APIs, SDKs, or cloud platforms. A track record of process improvement, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to ramp up quickly, demonstrating independence and ownership within 60 days, are also required.
Array offers a competitive base salary starting at $100,000, depending on experience.
