Deputy Head of Compliance, US

Mercuryo is seeking a Deputy Head of Compliance to lead its compliance operations in the United States. This role is integral to ensuring that Mercuryo's services adhere to U.S. regulatory standards, particularly focusing on the Money Transmitter License (MTL) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. The Deputy Head of Compliance will collaborate closely with various departments, including Legal, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Security, and Engineering, to integrate compliance measures into all aspects of the business. This position offers an opportunity to shape the compliance framework of a rapidly growing fintech company at the forefront of integrating traditional finance with decentralized finance (DeFi).
