Deputy Manager - Business Development

Eurofins Advinus is seeking a Deputy Manager - Business Development to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a premier preclinical and early development contract research organization (CRO), Eurofins Advinus offers comprehensive services in drug discovery, regulatory toxicology, DMPK, analytical R&D, and API CDMO. With over 30 years of GLP compliance, we serve diverse industries including biotech, pharmaceutical, biological, agrochemical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic sectors.

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting clients and generating new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of all contacts, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, conducting competition analysis, and coordinating with related departments to ensure timely project completion. You will also handle existing customers, offer new technologies, and identify potential clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc, B. Pharmacy, or M. Pharmacy degree, along with an MBA in Marketing. Experience in CRO companies is essential, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of analytical testing services and the ability to analyze and compare firm productivity with competitors are also required.
