Design Student Intern

CannonDesign is seeking a Design Student Intern to join their multidisciplinary team in St. Louis, Missouri. This internship offers students the opportunity to work under the supervision of a Licensed Architect and project leadership, providing hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

As a Design Student Intern, you will participate in and observe the design process, contribute to the review of construction phase documentation, and attend project, team, and office meetings. You will explore various software platforms such as Revit, the Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, and Grasshopper, assist with building physical models, and support product research. Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Candidates must be enrolled in and working toward a High School diploma. Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, and organizational skills are preferred. This role provides valuable exposure to the architectural design process and the opportunity to develop skills in a professional setting.
