Despatch Coordinator

The Despatch Coordinator at Eurofins is responsible for managing the preparation and dispatch of sample containers, as well as coordinating their delivery and collection at client sites or offices. This role is integral to the logistics team, ensuring that laboratory operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include preparing and dispatching sample containers, delivering and collecting samples from client locations, maintaining and ordering necessary stocks and consumables for daily laboratory operations, and coordinating the dispatch of freight to interstate and international laboratories. Additionally, the Despatch Coordinator performs general duties as directed by the supervisor to support the overall efficiency of the laboratory.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent qualification. Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is desirable. The role requires an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage the various tasks and responsibilities associated with the position.
