Digital Campaign Manager (Mensch)
As a Digital Campaign Manager at WPP Media, you will be responsible for the timely launch, management, and optimization of digital campaigns, ensuring seamless technical execution across all relevant systems and partners. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient campaign outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include setting up and executing digital campaigns from inception to delivery, including technical configurations and performance measurements. You will conduct continuous performance analyses to identify optimization opportunities and work closely with consulting, planning, and ad operations teams, as well as experts in paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising, to ensure smooth coordination throughout the campaign process.
The ideal candidate will have a completed degree or training in marketing, media, business, or a related field, along with experience in the online sector, preferably as an ad or campaign manager. A solid understanding of key online KPIs and reporting experience is essential. Technical knowledge of third-party tracking options and basic HTML/CSS skills are required, as well as proficiency in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong analytical skills, a reliable and structured work approach, and excellent German language proficiency are also necessary.
