As a Digital Content and Search Strategist at Clifford Chance, you will be instrumental in shaping the firm's content strategy and enhancing its organic visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. This role is pivotal within the digital team, collaborating closely with the Brand Communications and Public Affairs team on both global and regional levels to drive brand growth and engagement across diverse markets.

Your primary responsibilities will include defining and owning the global content strategy for the firm's website, ensuring alignment with audience needs and digital best practices. You will develop content models, taxonomies, and structured content systems to support search optimization and user journeys. Additionally, you will lead the firm's end-to-end organic search strategy, encompassing technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content organization, while building and maintaining frameworks to ensure content visibility in AI-generated contexts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least four years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or multinational environment, preferably in brand, marketing, and communications. Proficiency in content management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and a strong understanding of SEO techniques are essential. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate search insights into actionable content recommendations are also required.
