Digital Media Planner (Mensch)
As a Digital Media Planner, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns, developing tailored recommendations for our clients based on market and usage trends. This role involves close collaboration with channel experts in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and E-Commerce to ensure holistic campaign implementation.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire process of digital initiatives from planning to finalization, analyzing media usage and market trends to derive actionable recommendations for placements, formats, and targeting, and maintaining continuous communication with consultants, marketers, channel experts, and campaign management. Additionally, you will be responsible for requesting and evaluating offers, partnerships, and special advertising formats from marketers, ensuring optimal conditions for our clients through close collaboration with the investment team, and planning the distribution of the digital budget via detailed annual forecasts.
The ideal candidate holds a degree or training in marketing, media, business, or a related field, and possesses 1-2 years of experience in digital consulting or planning, whether on the client, agency, or marketer side. Proficiency with common planning tools and a solid understanding of relevant online KPIs are essential. Strong Excel skills, a passion for numbers, and analytical thinking are also required. The role demands reliability, independence, flexibility, and teamwork, with the ability to maintain an overview under pressure. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
