Digital Planner Senior (Medios)
WPP Media is seeking a Senior Digital Planner to develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies for high-investment accounts, aligning business objectives with effective and innovative media plans. This role combines strategic thinking, expertise in digital platforms, and data analysis to optimize both branding and performance campaigns, maximizing their impact. The Senior Digital Planner will serve as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, transforming insights and results into actionable recommendations that drive growth. Additionally, the role involves managing budgets, implementation, continuous optimization, and performance enhancement of campaigns.
Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day implementation and optimization of digital campaign activities, delivering competitive reports, analyzing campaign results, and recommending tactical changes to maximize performance. The Senior Digital Planner will also stay updated on the commercial offerings of online channels in the performance market, utilize various tools (mainly Adserver and Analytics) to evaluate plan results, and manage different digital campaign types, including awareness, performance, data-driven, and retargeting. Collaboration with agency cross-functional teams and client's suppliers, including creative agencies, is also essential.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing large-scale accounts with high advertising investments, a solid understanding of digital branding and performance strategies, and the ability to develop media plans aligned with business objectives. Advanced knowledge of digital platforms, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads, is required. Proven experience in direct client management, leading meetings and presentations, interpreting platform reports, and translating results into actionable recommendations is essential. The candidate should also have experience in continuous campaign monitoring and optimization, advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure consistency between plans, budgets, implementations, and billing. Clear and executive communication skills, proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to anticipate client needs are also important.
